受乳室の紹介
おはようございます。
長門牧場製造部から第３弾で今回は受乳室の紹介をさせていただきます。
受乳室は酪農から１日おきに集乳車で届く生乳を製造で必要な数量を受け入れて
貯乳する部屋になります。タンクは２基あり、ひとつに約２０００キロを貯乳でき
ます。多いときは２０００～３０００キロを受け入れる時もあります。
貯乳された生乳は当日又は翌日までタンク内に冷却保管されチーズ製造やヨーグルト製造室
アイスクリーム製造室などの各部屋にラインを通して送液され製品として生まれ変わります。
